TABrewer Consulting is a small consulting firm specializing in carbon number 5 (C5) olefinic chemicals, their downstream polymers and their end-uses. The business was started in 2003, with Tom Brewer as the owner and primary consultant.

These C5 products are olefin and di-olefin byproducts of a steam cracking process used to make ethylene. Globally, there is a limited amount of production and limited number of producers; therefore, these chemicals tend to be more “boutique” chemicals that are difficult to track.

TABrewer Consulting is uniquely positioned in this product and market space, due to their experience and ongoing contact across the supply chain from monomers, to polymers, to adhesives, and even to ultimate end-uses.
